Rather than Gem TD+ by NVS, try to see if putting Gem TD+ followed by the Discord link will fit. If Gem pushes towards higher player count, the Discord still needs high visibility. Or, perhaps switching the force order around, having the single player creeps force at the top and all player underneath.
