outbound_caller_id_select #518

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select "outbound_caller_id_select" under group permissions for any user.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Drop down menu for outbound caller id number. No drop down menu with 
destination number appears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 3.4 - Debian

After you selected the group did you logout and back in to clear your session?

Yes I did. It still did not appear.

Helped Jay on the phone the problem was the permission has to be assigned to 
the domain that you log into. After setting the permission logout and back in 
and it worked.
