Update the message count when a voice message is deleted #547

Hello,

I added this on line 46 of 
/usr/local/freeswitch/scripts/app/voicemail/resources/functions/message_waiting.
lua
event:addHeader("MWI-Voice-Message", row["message_count"].."/0 
("..row["message_count"].."/0)");

Now when i delete a message or read one my phone have the count and no only the 
status
