there is no k8s service in master and node #97

Today I follow the same way to setup k8s cluster(cn-northwest=1 AMI ?= ami-039cfa346d0777968). The master and node instances can startup normally. But the master node can not join the elb, so I login master using ssh, there is no 443 port for listening, and there is no k8s related process or service, just nodeup process.
