ColecoVision adds .Col to everything #318

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a ColecoVision ROM
2. Issue one appears
3. Record a Movie with that core
4. Stop recording a movie
5. Issue two appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ColecoVision Core records Movies with the ROM's name (Aquattack (1984) 
(Interphase).col) instead of adding .bk2
ColecoVision Core sets EmuHawk's title to the ROM's Name (ColecoVision - 
Frontline (1983) (Taito).col) unlike other cores which drop the ROMs extension.
