Sound issues #349

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pitch is wavey and sound crackles when speeding up/slowing down etc. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 10 Preview

I've noticed this as well.  Sounds kind of like random tape stretching.  I'm 
all for retro recording effects, but psx was cd based! ;)
