Out of Memory Exception #370

What steps will reproduce the problem?
It shows me System.Out.Of.Exception.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.1

When does the error happen?  When you are using Rewind?  Starting the program?  
Running a game (Which)?

We are looking into this.  It appears to be related to Savestates and rewind.

I'm assuming this is fixed. If it still happens in 1.9.2+ please open a new 
issue.

I still get this error. Bizhawk 1.10.0 on windows 7 home 64 bit, compatibility 
mode for XP. Without compatibility mode the app doesn't even start, the process 
automatically stops within a few seconds. How do I apply the fix proposed in 
"r8843"?
