example command from ug does not work #1

i have typed the exact example command as show but the responses gives me an error (shown below)

using other date and time does not work as well:

however, the command had worked before (as shown in response box below) so i dont really know what went wrong oops

*note that i did press enter and only copy pasted the command back into the command box to show the exact command i had typed beforehand LOL

Hi, we tried entering the 3 exact command you given in your screenshots:

add/d CS2101 assignment /by week 13 sat 1200 add/d CS2101 assignment /by 12/08/2019 1200 add/d CS2101 assignment /by 12/08/2019 2359

and found that it all worked perfectly fine.

Please send the log and data file for us to determine what is the exact issue, that would be incredibly helpful.
