unable to add example event shown on ug #6

i have typed the exact command shown in ug but response box shows invalid command error :( Screenshot 2019-11-15 at 4.53.23 PM.png

*note that i did press enter and only copy pasted the command back into the command box to show the exact command i had typed beforehand LOL

Hi. I have entered the command which is exactly what i copy and paste from the user guide (add/e CS2101 meeting /at 25/11/2019 /from 1200 /to 1300) The event could be added as shown in the picture below.

Please send the log and data file for us to determine the exact issue. That would be incredibly helpful for us.
