unable to add events

trying to add new event results in invalid command error shown in response box (as shown below):

although the command worked fine before as the calendar reflects another event that i have added beforehand (not given in the default):

Hi. We have tried adding the event multiple times(command replicated from the above picture) and it works just fine.

We have typed add/e CG1111 mala /at 25/10/2019 /from 1200 /to 1300 and could add the event as shown in the picture below. Please do send the log and data file for us to determine what is the exact issue. That would definitely help us.
