death announce for players who disconnect due to poor connection. #147

when a player leaves the server due to poor connection and rejoins, upon the character spawning in the world, the plug-in announces they died.

can reproduce by unplugging ethernet on client computer.

Looking into this now, seems like I could tie into the server when it updates the player list and just check if someone has been timed out without actually disconnecting. Then I can send a "leave" message for them and when they join again it will be joining instead of dying.

I've also seen this behaviour. Also, the mod announces the death of a player the just after the welcome announcement the first time a player joins, if they skip the intro.
