Create a discord Proximity Voice Chat #168

I saw DiscordSrv has this for minecraft. Currently the only thing out there is a mumble setup that's just dilapidated. Any chance you could build that info this mod.

In its current state, Discord Connector has no presence on the discord server, the only way it interacts is by using a webhook so that messages show up in a channel designated by the server admin.

If the discord connector grows to also include a bot then this could be something to consider. However there's no timeline on that currently.
