Option to have shouts in all caps #182

So this is better than the other plugin that hasn't been updated in a while, DiscordNotifier.

BUT, I really miss the feature that allowed shouted text to be in ALL CAPS in the Discord messages as well.

Is there a way to enable that with this mod manually? Or is it an easy feature to request? :D
