YAML Configuration Support #279

Support the configuration as a YAML file. The many different config files helps to break up all the settings, but it is unwieldy. Using a YAML file, should be able to define what's important for your configuration easily and have a single, readable file.

Considering providing a tool to help understand the settings, but will at least provide a default with comments describing what can be set..
