%PUBLICIP% - instead of confined to just start/stop server messages... #92

from what I have seen in my usage, %PUBLICIP% only works in the context of starting & stopping the server. Would it be possible to have it work globally so that we could use it in event messages and shouts etc?

Yes. It can be enabled for all messages.
