Bundle up + ship acoustics data #1052

Found the meta data of the 2018 hake acoustics survey needed for CruisePack software. Set up the form used in the software to package the data up. Need to confirm with Sandy that it's all correct and looks good, that will have to be next week as she's not available.

While double checking the data from the 2019 I already packaged up I noticed some data sets appear to be missing. Concerned something went wrong with CruisePack, rerunning that and will double check.

There is also the issue of the Saildrone data. I know that needs to eventually be packaged up and sent to NCEI as well, however I'm unaware of the state that is in and whether it can be shipped with this hake data, or if that will be awhile more yet.

Figured out that CruisePack was failing on a particular dataset (SCS raw data, 2019). I shuffled around the order in which the data sets are processed and managed to package up everything from 2018 and 2019 for the hake acoustics survey besides the single dataset causing errors. Why this particular set is not transferring is unknown to me.

SCS issue not yet resolved. Manually testing planned, but placed on backburner while I focus taxonomy/couch, pushing back to future milestone

This is not getting done any time in the near foreseeable future due to the mandatory teleworking.
