Get Apache NiFi registry working and available to NiFi #2100

NiFi registry should allow storage of NiFi flows and version control. Right now I have a container working, but am unable to connect with Apache NiFi.

Still unable to connect in remote server, even with port open. Was able to connect to local instance in browser. Will do more investigating later.
