JIRA DATA-310 Move H&L data from the survey MSAccess db to the Data Warehouse. Some Operation End Times were drawn from the field dbs (sqlite). Accomplished by modifying Pentaho Kettle transformations built to move pre-2016 data into the warehouse.

dwsupport has been updated but appears to have broken the meta-data and data download warehouse functions for hook and line. Perhaps the Jenkins test job is failing? New ticket made for the next milestone.
