Yes, there are projects like Swayr or various custom solutions, I have used them and after a while had to abandon them due to personal inconveniences.
In nwg-dock already has the ability to hide and reopen the panel, but there is no possibility to place the panel itself in the center of the screen, in principle it would be enough (for me), but if you also include the ability to select the object from the keyboard would be great.
