Some icons appear smaller and are offset when searching

Some apps cause the search results to have smaller icons that are offset. The ones I identified for now are Code - OSS and simplenote.

Seems to look perfectly well with Papirus icons. Check your icon theme, and possibly GTK theme as well.

It happens regardless of the icon theme, I tested many.

What can I say? I know nothing about your system. It doesn't happen on any of mine, and nobody else reported a similar issue.
