[Hyprland] fixed default idle settings restoration; closes #80;
[Hyprland] added nwg-drawer layer blur check button;
added support for -lp (launcher button position) nwg-drawer argument;

added nwg-dock layer blur check button;
disabled unused exit menu (nwg-bar) tab;
