BUG: Crashes and burns if port 8888 is in use #14

Reported by Bill and Peter. Pineapple should "just work" even if the desired ports are already in use by other servers or by other instances of IPython/Jupyter.

Should be fixed, tested on Linux and Mac. Also lets you run multiple copies of Pineapple at the same time (if you have multiple copies, for example with different packages installed).
