Github rendering for embedded html seems a little bit off... but the VS code Markdown preview work perfectly with this file. Anyway, it should be more readable than the raw html.

This file is actually left over from the original Google Code import, and should probably be removed for reasons:

it's extremely out of date
documentation is now in the main README.md
