Command not found error in 0.2.2 #15

After auto-updating to vscode-language-purescript v0.2.2, all PureScript commands (purescript.build, purescript.restartPscIde, etc.) error out with "command not found" in VSCode:

I was able to get back to working editor by manually installing v0.2.1.

I must have made a mistake switching versions; v0.2.2 works just fine with vscode-ide-purescript v0.20.8.
