None of the pools configured could be used error #339

My PC is a Win10x64 latest updates, gpu RX 580 x 8gb from XFX

I add pool by wizard and get error "None of the pools configured for Pirl could be used...".

Pools which I trying add: MiningPoolHub - mining a single coin and let the Multiminer choose... Pool Sexy Minerpool

stratum+tcp://pirl.minerpool.net Port: 8002 user: my pirl wallet (tryed also Wallet.worker)

the only one that worked was a bitcoin exemple from a youtube channel

@ric-de-abreu try launching the backend miner from the Process Log screen (right-click on the entry and click Launch - you may need to click the Stop button first to stop mining):

This will launch the backend miner so you can see any error messages being displayed by e.g. SGMiner.

this is the error for se pool sexy:

even in our pool with your user name, and your config it does not work at all
