There was a bug in the clone hook that prevented the clone-hook from auto updating. This causes a situation where the updates can't be updated automatically. To fix you will need to update your templates directory manually. Just run git pull to update.
In some cases you may need to remove and start over.
The templates are normally located here: ~/.retrospec/repos/retrospec-puppet-templates
If you changed your config see your config first ~/.retrospec/config.yaml
