Fixed the ff bugs found during QA:

"Other" option now requires you to type something in the text input box to move on
For multi-select questions that have None as an option, when you select None and another option, it will not let you proceed
Fixed validation for required "Select All" questions
Updated terms and condition checkboxes to HackCamp
Updated resume error message to be more clear
School and country now show up on the review page
