Pop Up Window Not Opening #31

When the "wetland training polygons" layer is selected and I attempt to click a feature in the main display window, the pop up showing the attributed information for that feature does not open up.

Was this popup showing in the past for this layer? It might be turned off in the apps config.

Yes I think it used to show up in the past.
