How to install an HTML file so that this is what opens every time a new tab is opened? (not only when opening a new window)

no matter, as I understand it is impossible to do this in Firefox. Maybe I'll switch to another browser soon.

switch from that disgusting browser

i think theres extensions for that in opera gx and chrome otherwise just search up on youtube
