NX Notifications button "Configure Event Notifications and Actions" doesn't do anything #6

As described in the title

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click on NX Notifications widget on the panel.
  2. Click on "Configure Event Notifications and Actions" button
  3. No configuration window opened

It's supposed to open the Notifications KCM.
