(H/R)^2 alpha = C #14

In the model proposed by Arevalo and Uttely, the disc structure parameter is often referred to as the product of

(H/R)^2 * α = Cr^- β where β is often set to 0 and C to 0.3

This means we can, at the start of our program, assuming we have a constant value of alpha and Rmax, calculate the value of H.

It would currently not change our results very much as we have set H/R = 1 and alpha to 0.3
