This merge requests updates all the links readme and package.json links from the old repository/documenation to the current one, specifically:

next.dev links were replaced with their respective page on nxext.github.io and for the respository/bug report links in the package.json files https://github.com/nxext/nx-extensions becomes https://github.com/nxext/nx-extensions-ionic
