feat(nuxt): add first alpha version plugin for nuxt

I've added a first alpha version of @nxext/nuxt that includes only the minimal setup with an application generator and two executors.

Changes I also included:

• I needed to fix the vue dep plugin to pass the file map on processing. This caused some errors for me during build without the fix.
• I updated the documentation, fixed some naming there Beta -> Alpha, and restructured the links (sveltekit to alpha).
• I created a new @nxect/core package to contain shared core utilities etc. and harmonized / refactored some ast utility code

Whats missing:

• Add proper test executors or consider initializing nuxt projects with @nx/js too (although Nuxt is a bit special and not a regular JS/TS app that needs standard building)
• Add more tests to cover all the special cases of the Nuxt schematics
• Add more generators (plugins, layouts, pages etc.)
• Test why dynamic component imports don't work using the Nuxt generator with Vue libraries and ts path aliases. Static imports work.
