Can tsn(e.g: time sync and qbv) run on xenomai ?

OpenIL no longer uses Xenomai for real-time as of the 1.8 release, but PREEMPT_RT.

There was no explicit support for synchronizing the Xenomai system clock to the PTP time and running applications based on that, no.
