Does LS1021ATSN support tsntool web UI?

I tried enabling netconf for LS1021ATSN in openil 1.9 following steps (18.4.1) in https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/user-guide/OPEN-LINUX-IND-UM-1-10.pdf. I'm facing below errors during make menuconfig image
