Skin setting: 'playlist shorctcuts' #18

The skin setting 'playlist shorctcuts' can only use smartplaylists. Not *.m3u 
playlist.
It is better to change the text from playlist -> smartplaylist.

In pre-Eden this is already done. However the menu item still says "playlist 
shortcut'
