Polish translation #20

Hello, I've prepared a Polish translation for the skin (attachment). I'd be 
very grateful if you put it into the main branch as I have to add it manually 
after each skin update.

Polish strings are already added to svn (dharma) version of the skin. Is this 
for git (eden-pre) version of skin?

No, but I'll try to adjust to eden-pre. Do I need permissions to commit my 
future translation updates or patches here are preferred?
