feat(project-gen): better project gen output files shape; code clean up

• no more need for codemod command, crx can handle firefox now
• remove bed executable
• remove react-chrome-extension-router; revisit routing later; start w/ a clean slate for now
• rejig projectInstall/git initialization
• lil code cleanups
