Enable "Retrieve channel state" by default #46

Recall Channel State pulls from Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\0CC-FamiTracker\General\Retrieve channel state (for some reason registry key is called Retrieve).

If that doesn't exist, it pulls from Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FamiTracker\General\Retrieve channel state (created by old versions of 0CC).

I deleted Software\0CC-FamiTracker but not Software\FamiTracker, and I had used an old version of 0CC with Recall disabled.

Users who have not used 0CC ever will not experience this bug.
