kLab opening hours.

@rutidauphin this is going to require a code push on every holiday when you wan to change the closed hours, the permanent solutions is to use a quickblocks like the way we added assets in https://github.com/nyaruka/klab/commit/0c27bcd12f5752651cbc0c56380e62c7aad63d18

look at the change in templates/public/abouts.html

With that the site admins will be able to change the content on the website as they add other content

focusing on the changes in templates/public/abouts.html

And do it in the same way for the hours part
