Note: This role is only available for Googlers

Role description

After the event is created:

[ ] Ask @kirjs to add you as an event host for the event on the meetup.com

During the day of the meetup

[ ] Get the list of guests from the meetup.com
[ ] Print the badges and sort them alphabetically
[ ] Come 40 minutes in advance to the badges distributing point.
[ ] Distribute the badges during the event
[ ] After one hour pass the remaining badges to security

Time commitment

~2 hours on the day of
