This role includes the following responsibilities

[ ] Think of better ways to communicate the existence of the event to Googlers than whatever we're doing now, and share it in the comments. Two weeks before
[ ] Send out internal email to the appropriate groups One day before
[ ] Follow up on the email with a reminder
