Responsibilities

ASAP

[x] Make sure all Speaker Coordination team issues has been taken, if no, find volunteers to take them (ping @kirjs if you need help)
[x] Create a private slack chat room called "2017-06-29-speakers"
[x] Gather Speaker Coordination team and @kirjs in the new room
[x] Make sure speakers are confirmed as soon as possible
[x] If anybody of the organizers can't help with the role anymore, find another volunteer, take over the role, or ask @kirjs
