30 minutes before the event

Role description

[x] Come 30 minutes before the event
[x] Meet speakers, bring them to the podium
[x] Confirm if they need sound, test the sound if they do

Note: It's a mac it should work, is not a real test, please make sure to plug the laptop in and make sure you can see the slides.
