Responsibilities

ASAP

[x] Make sure all Day Of Coordination team issues has been taken, if no, find volunteers to take them (ping @kirjs if you need help)
[x] Gather Day Of Coordination team and @kirjs in the event channel

Before the event

[x] Confirm everybody can make it
[x] If somebody can't make it find a replacement, or take their role, or make @kirjs do it
