"Event preparation" coordination #188

Time commitment

Before event: 3-4 hours

Responsibilities

ASAP

[x] Make sure all Event Preparation Coordination team issues has been taken, if no, find volunteers to take them (ping @kirjs if you need help)
[x] Create a private slack chat room called "2017-07-25-angular"
[x] Gather Event Preparation Coordination team and @kirjs there

Before the event

[x] Make sure all everything happens on time
[x] If somebody can't make it find a replacement, or take their role, or make @kirjs do it
