Add "Hubs" page #126

This page describes the different classes of hubs (small, medium, and large) as well as how supernodes relate to hubs and some potential future plans. It came out of a discussion from last week's Zoom meeting.

A couple of blanks that need to be filled in, both marked by X:

Mmm, I was not part of that call so don't know what was said. It would make people think a hub need sector(s), but the smallest hub is a litebeam and an Omni, nothing else. Adding sectors, is a notch above. There are many "hubs", 1350 Ehud and 944 Flo, Dekalb, etc... as examples, that have no sector.

None of our nodes, I think, have outdoor panel. They have outdoor devices, like the ep-s16. The panel is indoor, often in an elevator room, like saratoga and Grand, or down in the workshop like at SoftSurplus.

I think it would be easier to have that document in a google doc so we can comment (or edit ) and more people could have access to it (not every one knows github or has an account) and then when the doc is agreed upon loaded it here. no ?

@OlivierMorf sure thing. Here's a Google Doc that anyone can edit and comment on: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tuDJhUL5pvqJW9f1ZL1TQI3_wRLWhKr2gD3WGudmi70/edit?usp=sharing

@RodEsp re 2), I went back and forth on where to put it. I started out by having it in "Nodes." I don't feel strongly about where it goes.
