Remove "'unsafe-inline'" from CSP in settings.py #645

We are currently blocked by this line: https://github.com/nycmeshnet/meshdb/blob/main/src/meshdb/templates/admin/map_sidebar.html#L19

And possibly also some scripts from JS libraries included in the admin UI
