Change SSID to '-NYC Mesh-' #12

I've noticed that open wifi is used more if it is at the top of the alphabetic list of SSIDs. Starting it with a hyphen puts it at the top. The package adds the last 4 chars of the MAC to the SSID which I think is fine as we need different SSIDs when in community mode.

Needs to be "-NYC Mesh-"
not "-nycmesh-"
