This script runs and will launch nodog. It doesn't check whether it is enabled or not.

Also the 120 delay is causing a lot of problems as people connect to internet after boot then nodog disconnects them and then they reboot router etc. We should change the delay to 1 second or so and see if it launches ok. (I think a small delay is fine. I've done this once before with a small delay and it worked)
